Director - Product Marketing / Sales Enablement

The Director - Product Marketing / Sales Enablement will drive key product and sales initiatives designed to grow our North American expense card business by double digits.  The person for this role with be a self-starter with analytical capabilities and creative problem solving ability.

Role Responsibility

Coordinate with sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives.

Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.

Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

Work closely with the CMO team to source more effective lead pools to enable a more efficient new business acquisition sales motion.

Create segment specific playbooks and sales cadences to drive improved sales performance.

Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.

Partner with Sales and CMO to refresh sales content to improve seller effectiveness and deploy content libraries on Salesforce.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 10+ years’ Product or Marketing or Sales Enablement experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or quantitative discipline with outstanding academic performance
  • Excellent project management skills; demonstrated ability to successfully manage projects with limited management oversight, including timelines, tasks, teams, group dynamics, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to perform analyses and draw insights from data
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience with project management tools (Microsoft Project, Wrike, etc.) a plus, but not required
  • CRM (e.g., Salesforce.com, Microsoft Dynamics CRM) experience a plus, but not required
  • Financial Services, credit card, or payments industry experience a plus, but not required
