Executive Assistant

Job Introduction

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive Vice President of Sales as well as to the sales team.

Role Responsibility

  • Coordinate, prepare and edit monthly Sales Status Reports
  • Coordinate, arrange and schedule weekly, monthly, and quarterly.  Including all materials and conference facilities as needed
  • Create PowerPoint presentations for sales meetings and client meetings
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and expense reports as appropriate for EVP of Sales
  • Create excel/pivot tables to analyze data
  • Coordinate employee engagement events in line with both corporate and sales initiatives
  • Maintain and update monthly reports such as Org Chart, Distributions Lists, etc
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook
  • Excellent written and oral skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
