IT Executive Admin

Job Introduction

This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Corporate CIO.

Role Responsibility

  • Coordinate, prepare and edit monthly Corporate CIO Management Status Reports and other reports required by Corporate CIO and Corporate CIO’s direct reports.
  • Coordinate and prepare Corporate CIO presentations to Board of Directors.
  • Coordinate, arrange and schedule weekly, monthly, and quarterly Corporate CIO meetings.  Including all materials and conference facilities as needed.
  • Coordinate business travel arrangements and expense reports as appropriate for Corporate CIO.
  • Maintain and update monthly reports such as Org Chart, Distributions Lists
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced experience and knowledge of Microsoft products, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Outlook.
  • Excellent written and oral skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
