Sales Support Analyst

Job Introduction

The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for development of hotel rate analyses, researching comparative data for client presentations and providing analytical support to the corporate financial analysis team.

Role Responsibility

* Gather and assemble data for Hotel Rate Analysis.

* Provide data formatted for client presentation

* Communicate with the sales managers regarding regional trends, pricing gaps, impact in line w/ our benefits statements re: savings)

* Communicate with the network management team regarding coverage gaps, pricing data, etc.

* Collaborate with users to understand business intent, translate to data requirements and deliver timely and accurate data to meet aggressive deadlines

* Create ad-hoc and regular reports based on management requirements

* Perform other duties and tasks as assigned

The Ideal Candidate

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Economics or Statistics

* Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

* Analytical and multitasking skills

* Hands on experience with CRM systems is a plus

* Ability to develop, execute, manage and maintain reports

* Ability to problem solve, develop & implement processes

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

* Strong quantitative and analytical competency
