Their quest, to find to YOU, someone who is a little geeky when it comes to IT recruitment, not only do you love new tech but you can talk the talk to tech gurus with gravitas. You will want to share your knowledge, learn from the team, try new ways of recruitment, and most importantly, always ensure you give an amazing experience to all you deal with. Don't forget your great sense of humour, those without one need not apply.

About the team
Mercedes (TA Manager) is keen on singing motivational songs (every morning). She loves ringing the recruitment bell for an offer, slightly sarcastic aka naturally witty and drinks black coffee (a lot). Mercedes enjoys watching movies, with a cinema trip most weeks. Hardly watches the TV unless it's the news, Blackadder or Doctor Who. She's supportive (though I am writing this myself), loves her job, being a mum and her FLEETCOR family.
Will (TA Partner) has a few loves in his life; his family, gaming and recruitment. He has a passion for new technology, and is our 1st line IT support for any PC issues (unofficially). FYI, Will hid the recruitment bell (he hates it). Will has a dry sense of humour, love for Marvel, Star wars and Game of Thrones to name a few. He has even watched Love Island and can hold a great convo about it.
Kim (TA Partner) aka Kimlar! Kim has a huge love in life....her beautiful cockapoo, Bella. She too, is naturally witty ;) and puts everyone in the team to shame with her healthy lifestyle. You'll can find Kim most evening cooking up delicious nutritional cuisine and posting on FB & insta. Obviously, we like her status updates but would like it more if she brought food in for us to try..(just saying). Kim not only has the drive for hitting her targets, but can hit a high note as she is an avid singer and songwriter.

You will love recruiting with the min of 2 years IT experience. You always look to do the right thing and have a strong work ethic. Your colleagues have said you are dedicated, honest and are always on hand for a cuppa & chat. You look for improvements in processes, streamline them through automation but never taking away the human touch. You have a real enthusiasm for social recruiting and call yourself a recruitment marketer! This role has a huge impact, on building and shaping the future talent in FLEETCOR.
